AI Local: Use cases for the digitally sovereign deployment of AI

TU Austria is committed to actively supporting university staff in the use of AI and has therefore launched a series of guides on how AI applications can be used for everyday tasks. These guides highlight solutions that support the digital sovereignty of universities by utilizing locally installable AI solutions, ensuring, for example, that data does not leave the user’s own device.

The series will be continuously expanded with additional examples. The authors expressly encourage the dissemination and widespread use of these openly licensed articles. Feedback is always welcome, or please write to us if you have ideas for further examples.
